When you work in the fundraising office, you are a fundraiser!

In this interview, Sarah Dale shares how she used the information from the Essentials for Successful Fundraising Research course to impact all of her work in the fundraising office, as well as how she altered her schedule to make sure she was able to get a return on the investment of time and money spent on the course.
