AI Roundtable Series

Candid, Peer-Driven Conversations about AI in Prospect Research

You’re already using AI. The question is whether you’re using it well.

Most prospect researchers are experimenting with AI tools on their own, quietly, without a sense of whether their approach holds up or whether their organization even has a policy on it yet.

This is for you if:

You research prospects or manage a research team

You’re using AI but unsure if you’re doing it right

Your organization has no AI policy yet, and that worries you

Tentative Topics

Topics may shift based on where each cohort’s conversation naturally goes.

  • Session 1:
AI Literacy: Take a short AI-literacy quiz in advance, then discuss where your gaps are and how to close them.
  • Session 2:
Using for profile research: Compare prompts and real-world examples, and talk through concerns and tools in use.
  • Session 3:
Using for data analytics: Share tools and wins in analysis, and where AI could open new offerings for frontline fundraisers.
  • Session 4:
Evaluating tools: Copilot vs Gemini vs Claude — a shared comparison chart plus what matters most as you evaluate.
  • Session 5:
Creating policy and procedure for ethical and safe use: Workplace vs departmental policy, and how to support staff who don’t want to use AI.

Reserve You Seat

Once you pick the cohort that fits your schedule, your seat is reserved for all five sessions. You’ll be walked through checkout to complete enrollment, then receive a confirmation email with an add to calendar feature to block all five times on your schedule. Your facilitator will reach out directly ahead of each session, and you’ll get automatic reminders the day before and an hour before we meet.
