From building rapport with the development officers she supports to leveraging the database to track everything, to comprehensive checklists for off-boarding and on-boarding staff, Janna doesn’t shy away from doing.
The interim period between gift officers can be especially challenging, but Janna works with the team to manage it effectively. They create detailed plans for each prospect, outlining next steps and interim management responsibilities. This approach ensures that prospects remain engaged and relationships are maintained during transitions.
