Sarah is Executive Director of Prospect Development at Temple University and Consultant at Huron | GG+A Philanthropy Group. She and her team at Temple University were frustrated with the limitations of relying upon the standard gift cycle, prospect status codes for prospects who had more complicated relationships with Temple University, such as multiple open gift opportunities or serving in a volunteer leadership role.
She was also looking for opportunities to engage and empower development officers that didn’t involve conversations around performance metrics – and did NOT require anyone to do any additional data entry work.
Now that is a tall order!
